Welcome to MotoBros. By accessing or using our website, services, and booking system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
MotoBros provides premium automotive detailing, Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, window tinting, ceramic coating, and intelligent sun film application. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website or direct communication. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. MotoBros reserves the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Vehicle Condition & Authorization
Customers must disclose any existing damage, structural issues, or aftermarket modifications before detailing or PPF services. MotoBros is not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, loose paint, or manufacturer defects.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MotoBros or its technicians be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except to the extent caused by gross negligence.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page, and your continued use of our site and services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
